1. Operator and scope
메이티, represented by 김은선 (Korean business registration number 433-19-02501), handles information relating to the Daumhwa website, support and software licenses under this policy. Send privacy questions and rights requests to aipocket.now@gmail.com. Prepared September 26, 2026. This is a pre-launch draft. Sales-related processing and international transfer details require confirmation against actual contracts and settings.
2. Website visits and support
The website has no registration, manuscript upload, contact or waitlist forms. Optional Google Analytics 4 visitor analytics runs only after you allow analytics cookies. If you decline or make no choice, the Google analytics tag is not loaded. Language and price choices are not stored. Hosting provider Vercel may process IP addresses, browser details, request paths and times to serve and secure the website. When you email us, we use your reply address, sender display name, message and any attachments to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send complete manuscripts, passwords, API keys or full license codes.
Optional visitor analytics and withdrawal
Google provides visitor analytics under measurement ID G-SYP2LZN59Y. After consent, pages visited, cookie identifiers, browser/device/language information and usage events are processed to improve this site. Network information such as your IP address may be transmitted to Google during communication. Tag settings omit URL queries, fragments and the referring page address, and disable Google Signals and advertising personalization. We do not directly include manuscripts, license codes or email addresses in analytics events. The _ga and _ga_* analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal on visits. Your consent or refusal is stored locally in this browser for 180 days. Choose Decline in the footer analytics cookie settings to stop future collection and delete this site’s analytics cookies. This does not automatically delete records already sent; contact support for deletion inquiries. Declining does not limit site access. Google’s overseas processing and server-side retention depend on its policies and this GA property’s settings; contract and property-specific details still require confirmation.
3. Local manuscripts and AI
Manuscripts, wiki pages and project settings are stored in your selected folder as Markdown, JSON and related files, rather than on Daumhwa payment or licensing servers. Running an AI task sends the manuscripts, context and prompts included in that task to the Codex or AI service you connect. Its retention and training practices depend on your account, settings and the provider’s policies. Daumhwa cannot guarantee training exclusions across external services. API keys stored by the app use operating-system encryption; Codex manages its own sign-in credentials.
4. Payments and license data
Sales integrations are designed to process buyer email, order/product/subscription identifiers, payment and refund status, license identifiers/status/validity, verification hashes and the last four code characters, installation identifiers, device names, activation/last verification/deactivation times and processing history. Purposes include order verification, license delivery and recovery, two-device limits, renewal, refunds and abuse handling. One-time delivery also processes encrypted codes and verification values for claim tokens. Daumhwa has no form collecting full card numbers or payment passwords. Payment providers explain their own payment-method processing. End-to-end production purchasing and automated delivery are still being verified.
5. Processing grounds and choices
Information needed to respond to requests or provide licenses is processed to address your request or perform the contract; legally required retention follows the relevant obligation. Where separate consent is required, we will first explain purposes, fields, periods and the consequences of refusal. Visiting the site or reading this policy is not consent to optional collection or international transfers. Withholding information needed for support or Pro verification may limit those services, but does not change ownership of your local manuscripts.
6. Retention and deletion
Ordinary support information is to be deleted without delay when its purpose is fulfilled. Where Korean e-commerce recordkeeping duties apply, contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records are kept for five years, consumer complaint/dispute records for three years and advertising records for six months. Statutory records are restricted to the required purpose. Records needed to provide and recover a valid license are processed while the license relationship continues; afterward, information without a legal retention ground is deleted. Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery, and paper records are shredded. Exact periods and deletion cycles for provider logs, device/security history and backups remain to be confirmed against operational settings. Deleting a one-time encrypted code does not delete all order or verification history.
7. External providers and international processing
The website uses Vercel hosting and support email uses Google Gmail. The licensing server is based on Cloudflare. Groble integration is planned for Korean sales and Paddle for international sales. Connection, support, transaction or verification information may be processed by external providers and outside your country. The final policy must specify each provider’s processor or independent role, receiving entity/contact, destination countries, data, timing/method, purposes/periods, legal grounds and refusal procedures after checking contracts and actual settings. This draft does not replace those checks or any required consent. Our operating principle is not to disclose information for unrelated third-party purposes without a legal ground or required consent.
8. Your rights
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent at aipocket.now@gmail.com. Use “Privacy request” as the subject and provide a reply address and description. We will verify identity or authority using the minimum necessary information and follow applicable legal procedures. If a request must be limited, for example by statutory retention, we will explain the reason and how to challenge it. You manage and delete local manuscript files in your own folder. Requests concerning an external AI account may need to be directed to that provider.
9. Safeguards and updates
Safeguards include app API-key encryption, license-code hashing and delivery encryption, HTTPS and restricted administrator access. Operational access, backup and deletion procedures remain subject to review. Report suspected privacy incidents or questions to the email above. Changes will be announced with their effective date; where separate consent is required, it will be obtained before the change. Designation of a privacy contact person, international processing details and operational retention periods remain to be finalized before final publication.
