The app installer and CLI are not publicly available yet. We will publish supported systems, installation steps, refund and support policies after verifying purchase through activation.
No. A Daumhwa license pays for the writing software. Connect your own Codex CLI. ChatGPT sign-in follows your account’s Codex terms and limits; API-key sign-in has separate API charges. Daumhwa does not sell extra AI credits.
In a folder you select, as Markdown and JSON files. Daumhwa does not store manuscripts on its server. When you run an AI task, selected materials are sent to your connected AI service.
We are preparing for launch and have not announced a release date. Downloads will become available for systems that pass installation, launch, and update checks. An English interface is available in development; English creative-writing validation is still in progress.
They offer the same Pro features with different payment terms. Monthly renews each month; our planned policy keeps access through the paid period after cancellation. Lifetime has no license expiry and includes updates while Daumhwa is maintained. It does not include separate products, AI charges, or permanent server operation or support.
Our policy keeps basic local editing, saving, exporting, and backups available through Basic. We are verifying that subscription expiry or license outages do not block access to your manuscripts.
